I spent years inside the largest DSOs in the country, using data and scalable SOPs to help NADG grow from 80 to 200+ locations, and turning around Aspen Dental practices from the bottom 20% into the top 3% of a 600-office network. I helped build some of the industry's earliest analytics dashboards, then ran buy-side Quality of Earnings on acquisitions with that same playbook, surfacing undervalued practices and handing buyers the leverage to price risk into every offer. Today I run that process in reverse: pre-LOI forensic analysis for practice owners, finding what a buyer's diligence team will find before they do.
