As co-founder of Dental Business Mastery, I bring over 30 years in the Australian dental industry and an accounting background that means I genuinely love the numbers side of practice ownership. My drive comes from watching my father work hard in his private medical practice his whole life, only to pass away young with little to show for it. I don't want that for any practice owner. So I work with dentists on profitability, fees, systems and team performance, helping them build practices that reward their hard work with real financial security and a life beyond the chair. And I love the moment an owner looks at their numbers and finally sees a business that's working for them.
