She launched Blossom Dental Consulting in 2019 to create a platform focused on growth, learning, and support for dental office administrators and managers. Monica specializes in administrative organization, team building, goal setting, and practice growth, helping practices streamline systems so clinicians can focus on patient care. She also facilitates a monthly Dental Office Manager Study Club to foster peer learning and professional development.
